Dress code

Summer Formal — elegant and warm-weather appropriate. Ladies are welcome to wear ankle or floor-length dresses in vibrant colors or soft pastels. Gentlemen, dress slacks with a button-down or suit jacket. You’re going to look wonderful.

A moment outside

The reception will take place outdoors on the grass. Please note there will be no indoor house access, and restrooms will be outdoors. We recommend wearing footwear you’re comfortable on soft ground in, and dressing for a beautiful summer afternoon.

Cocktails, dinner & toasts

The evening kicks off with cocktails and good company before we gather for dinner together. Speeches and toasts will be woven through the meal — heartfelt words from those closest to the couple. Desserts and drinks will follow to keep the night going.

Celebration & send-off

After dinner, the night is yours to enjoy — music, laughter, and the people you love most under a summer sky. We’ll wrap up around 9:00 PM, grateful for every moment shared with you.

Afterparty

If you’d like to keep the night going, we’d love to have you join us at an Olympia bar after the reception concludes. Bar location will be added to the site closer to the date — stay tuned.
