Getting Here
Everything you need to arrive relaxed and ready to celebrate.
Getting Here
Flying In
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
SEA is the closest major airport and offers the widest range of flights into the Pacific Northwest. From there, Olympia is a straightforward drive south on I-5 — about an hour without traffic.
Driving from Seattle
I-5 South to Olympia
Take I-5 South from Seattle toward Olympia. Exit at Trosper Rd SW or City Center and follow signs toward downtown. The venue is a short drive from the freeway — GPS will get you there easily.
Plan ahead for Saturday traffic, especially if you are leaving midday. Giving yourself an extra 15–20 minutes of cushion is always a good idea.
Driving from Portland
I-5 North to Olympia
Take I-5 North from Portland through Centralia and Tumwater into Olympia. The drive is scenic and direct, passing through the green valleys of southwest Washington.
Portland International Airport (PDX) is also a solid option if flights are more convenient from there. The drive to the venue is under two hours in normal conditions.
Rideshare & Taxi
Uber & Lyft
Uber and Lyft both operate in Olympia and are a great choice if you plan to enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving. We especially encourage ridesharing for the evening so everyone can relax fully.
Olympia High School
Parking will be available across the street at Olympia High School. It is a short, easy walk to the venue. We encourage carpooling where possible — it helps the neighborhood and keeps things running smoothly.
Please do not plan to leave your car overnight, as we cannot guarantee security of the lot after the event.
Arrive the Night Before
If you are traveling from out of town, we warmly recommend arriving on Friday, June 26th. Olympia has a beautiful waterfront, a beloved farmers market, and wonderful local restaurants worth exploring before the big day.
It also means you wake up Saturday without any travel stress — ready to celebrate from the moment the day begins.
June in Olympia
Late June in Olympia is one of the most beautiful times of year — warm, sunny, and long. Daytime temperatures typically reach the mid-70s°F, and evenings are pleasant but can cool down after sunset.
A light wrap or layer for the evening is a thoughtful thing to pack, especially if you tend to run cool.
